Warrior Rhythm Group Fitness

These group fitness classes give you three options to choose from.

Warrior Rhythm: A yoga bases format heavy on the speed side, with strength and cardio mixed in.

Warrior Strength/Cardio: Is Circuit at your mat, it is timed in each section and you move at your own pace.

Warrior Combat: This is you guessed it a boxing/kick boxing format that is timed and heavy on the core workout, love this for the waist line.
