Meet Jessica

Jessica Wall is the Founder and CEO of Jessica's Farm Fitness which was created in 2013. Jessica is a NASM-certified CPT and AFAA-certified group fitness instructor.  She is also a certified Warrior Rhythm instructor.

​

Jessica is qualified to help with corrective exercise, group fitness, and private coaching as well.  Her personal journey is a perfect balance to help ensure an environment that will allow success for anyone.

Jessica's wellness journey began with her own desire to have a healthy relationship with food and fitness. Recognizing that food was her comfort when she felt stressed, Jessica faced her self-sabotage to help transform herself physically and mentally.
